Buffalo Chapter presents grant to For Grieving Daughters

Lisa LaTrovato, Fifty Fabulous Women founder, presents a check to For Grieving Daughters

The Buffalo Chapter of Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle, a community of philanthropic women who combine their financial strength to improve the lives of women and children in Erie and Niagara counties in New York, presented a grant in the amount of $3,748 to For Grieving Daughters.

For Grieving Daughters works with women and girls who have lost their mother or maternal figure but are ready to embark on their journey through the stages of grief: Grieving, Healing, and Wholeness. The organization curates and creates safe spaces and programs for grieving daughters to heal, network, grow, and pursue educational, financial, emotional, and mental wellness and developmental success.

 

ABOUT FIFTY FABULOUS WOMEN GIVING CIRCLE

The Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle is an all-volunteer community of philanthropic women who work to strengthen the community by combining their financial strength to support projects and initiatives that improve the lives of women and children. To maximize the potential of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, the Giving Circle makes grants on a quarterly basis and donates a full 100% of member contributes to grant recipients.
