Fifty Fabulous Women presents first grant to Teens in Progress

The Buffalo Chapter of Fifty Fabulous Women Giving Circle, a community of philanthropic women who combine their financial strength to improve the lives of women and children in Erie and Niagara counties in New York,presented its first grant in the amount of $3,287 to Teens in Progress.

The circle’s founder, Lisa LaTrovato, MBA, the Director of Development at Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute, presented the check to Paulette Chapman, the founder of Teens in Progress.

Teens in Progress is a Buffalo-based nonprofit that works to enrich teens and young adults between the ages of 13 and 25 by connecting them to resources, inspiring experiences, and giving them the tools they need to create the world they want. Since its founding in 2009, Teens in Progress has actively engaged and enriched hundreds of Buffalo youth through weekly meetings and regular events and activities. To learn more, click here.
